Filters RX PolyMed filter media is manufactured from 100% synthetic fibers which are formed into a high loft blanket that is designed to achieve a low initial resistance and high dust holding capacity. The media provides excellent performance as a pre-filter to medium and high efficiency filters or as a stand-alone filter in commercial HVAC systems. The fibers are not affected by moisture and therefore, PolyMed is a perfect choice for high humidity or intermittent moisture conditions.

Applications

PolyMed Media can be used in most applications in HVAC systems, unit ventilators and fan coil units. PolyMed Media is an excellent pre-filter to extend the life of more efficient filters.
